Cost advantages and a simplified workflow – more and more companies profit from the advantages of electronic communication with partners and customers. However, a prerequisite for this is the electronic signature as a secure method for verification which is as binding and secure as the handwritten signature. In many cases, these signature solutions fail because of technical incompatibility or complex management though.

With CoSign, these problems are solved and the digital signature is turned into what it is meant to be: a binding electronic signature – easy, quick, secure and cost-effective.

Already when considering the internal workflow, the advantages are more than obvious: strategy documents, claims for travel expenses, applications for leave, all internal documents within a company do not have to be handed on “from person to person” anymore. Unnoticed manipulations of the documents are impossible, every electronically signed document is checked for changes upon opening.

The signature is generated from within the application. With a click on a button in the menu bar of MS Word, the currently open document is being signed. The handwritten signature – scanned previously and stored in the system – can be included as a picture in the process
